With this you pay the same amount but you get less oil than the prescribed quantity. Because petrol and diesel are measured in liters and not in kilograms. According to petrol companies, oil loses 2 percent of its energy at a temperature of 32 degrees Celsius, due to which a vehicle giving a mileage of 70 km is able to give a mileage of only 68 km per liter.
